Good Time to Buy Mahoning Valley Real Estate? 

With all the news about unemployment, lay-offs, and down-sizing, residents in our area are concerned about whether they should purchase a home now.  Is this an opportune time to buy Mahoning Valley real estate?  You bet it is because it's still a Buyer's Market.

The average sales price of real estate has fallen during the past several years.  Homes have been averaging a longer selling time or have more days on the market than we have experienced before.  Our area has traditionally taken longer to sell than other areas anyway.  We have not experienced the frenzy to purchase each new property listed, as in other areas with average selling time being about 120 days on the market.
